When organisation an exhibition of any sort, be it conferences, charity events, in house staff event, networking with other businesses or representing your own brand at a specified trade show, presentation, organisation and teamwork is key. Putting a good exhibition display is your ticket to gaining new client portfolio and show off what services and products you have to offer. Finding the right pop-up displays, exhibition stands and banner stands are the key to making a big impact.

To begin this process, it will help to research the various pop-up displays you can use and whether it will hold various sized graphics. This is the most important part of process as you will need to plan how will be exhibiting the company services, whereabouts you will be situated and how you going to attract the attentions of potential clients.

It is also vital that you look what each exhibition equipment will look when assembled as it may look good on screen but if you have a specific graphic, then this may not look on a curved pop-up display frame. On the other hand, perhaps you have chosen to use multiple banner stands but the graphic you will be using may not look as seamless as you want it to when they are joined together. Always find out what the product will look like before purchasing.

The next step to take is to work out a budget, having gained an idea of what you can use for your exhibition how much will these cost? Will you be holding more than one exhibition? Is it cheaper to rent or would you prefer to buy your own equipment? Are you working towards a tight budget? These are the questions you will need to ask yourself when planning an exhibition of any size and it is usually best to do this within a team of people.

If you have been given full responsibility of running the event, then perhaps you could make your life easier by delegating specific responsibilities to other people, whilst at the same keeping on top of all functions.

With exhibition equipments it is always a good idea to seek external agency or specialist advice. Many companies approach specialised designers and exhibition organisers to help them put up the best possible event to promote their company. In many trade exhibitions, each company are competing against each other to stand out from the crowd, therefore people often find it useful to interact with clients, provide sample product demonstration, present current client testimonials, display brochures and leaflets, and have contact cards designed for people to take away.

Having all of these perfected takes time, so do not leave it to the last minute and start early. This way you can ensure little or nothing will go wrong on the day.
