I'm getting ready to do two teleseminars per month in different markets involving distressed real estate investing. What is the fastest way that I can build my list to attract commission real estate brokers and investors for an intro $44.97 seminar that will up sell them into a $5,000 seminar with a two day workshop after that?
Answer: If you are specifically looking for these commission real estate brokers and investors then you need to team up with other information real estate marketers out there and do a teleseminar together that sells people into your seminar.
You will build a list faster offline. Use offline direct mail lists and market to them offline to really identify who your list is. You can't buy an email list and market to them online because this is considered spam.
Question #2: I'm doing a launch in a couple of weeks and will be using a video squeeze page. I have a ton of testimonials just for the free stuff I already gave out. I also have testimonials for the actual product itself when I did a mini-launch. My initial small list is 500 people. I'm doing a launch that coincides with the US Open Tennis tournament in late August to make the launch an event.
Should my testimonials that I use for my product go on the video squeeze page that I'm using to build my list for my product launch? If so where on that page should the testimonials be?

Having a lot of testimonials on the page can be good or bad. You really have to test it to see. I usually find the best testimonial and put it on the page. Use Google Analytics or Hyper Tracker to test it.
Use the time before the launch to start testing it. This way you will have a better promotion.
Question #3: A product launch I'm doing is leading into a continuity membership site and I'd like to get the squeeze page right. I want to get as many people as possible enrolled in the membership during the website launch.
Answer: I would highly urge you to split test. Drive traffic to the page and see which modifications yield you the most conversions.
