You heard it before, do something that makes you happy. Whether it be wearing a landau scrub and helping lots of patients day after day or just be a painter who takes pride in his arts or a be a lawyer whose goal is to uphold the justice system in the society by defending the rights of the people who come to his aid, you must enjoy your work in order to last through it. Indeed happiness in ones work is really ideal. You can never go wrong if you are doing something that you are passionate about or something that you believe in.

However, there are people who works not because it is primarily what they enjoy or passionate about but because they badly need the money that they settle for the job that is available to them. Some people ask themselves how they could enjoy in a work place that does not embody what they want to nor their goals in life. We have to admit that a lot of people find their selves in this situation. Whether you believe it or not, the primordial force that pushes one to go after the work is the compensation in order to survive.

Yes, money is important and doing a work that best suits your passion and personality could be the greatest blessing you could ever have. But what if you are not lucky to get your dream job? Does that mean that you harbor ill feelings all the time? Then we guess that its time to change your perspective. If you find yourself in this situation wherein you are doing something that you never dreamed of, then choose to be happy. Choose to enjoy your work rather than complain and sulk that you hate your job. Choose to be positive instead of relying on negativity. Choose to do best in the assigned tasks to you and be thankful instead of whining day after day how you really want to leave your company.

It is really a matter of choice in everything. Whether you are wearing a landau medical scrub or a lawyer s suit or just a secretary attire, choose to be happy at work. Appreciate that you are actually working instead of being part of the statistics of the unemployed. Think of those people who really anted to work but by forces of nature cannot work because of some disabilities or lack of education. Feel how lucky you are on your current situation and all the positive results will follow.

Of course, if you really deserve more at your job, it is your choice also to move to a better company who would value you more. You can send your resume and attend interviews to employers who might be needing your qualifications. All of it are your options. But in everything, remember that happiness is a choice whether you land your dream job or not. Remember that its how you play the game that what matters.
